Bunnell Police Department officers and Flagler County Sheriff's Office deputies have arrested a second suspect in connection to the March 16 shooting that left a bystander critically injured.

BPD detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Rya Sir Matthew Jefferson, 17, and FCSO deputies arrested Jefferson on March 25 at his home in Palm Coast. Jefferson has been charged with carrying a concealed firearm and firing a gun in public, a BPD press release said.

The BPD announced the arrest of the first suspect, Antarius Zynell Henderson, 23, on March 25. Henderson first fired his gun into a group of people after losing a fistfight, and two of Henderson's shots hit a 19-year-old bystander, who was critically injured, an earlier press release said.

Jefferson is one of two suspects who returned fire at Henderson, the press release said.
