Club at Hammock Beach members raise $25,000 for veterans charity GratitudeAmerica

Hammock Beach members hosted the Club at Hammock Beach's third annual golf outing on Dec. 17 for veterans charity GratitudeAmerica.

GratitudeAmerica host four-day, no-cost immersive military support retreats in Marineland and Amelia Island to helps combat veterans and their supporters make peace with their past and plan for their future, according to a news release from the club.

GratitudeAmerica also conducts a program called Warrior PATHH, a seven-day program that is followed by 90 days of guidance at no cost to the veteran.

The club thanked Flagler County Commissioner Greg Hansen, a 27 Year Navy veteran, for his support of the event.
