Chi Delta Omega Chapter members joined forces with Youth Leadership Institute students and guests on Saturday, May 23, to support the Palm Coast United Methodist Church’s “Our Father’s Table – Food Ministry.”

CDO has been working to address critical food insecurity needs across Flagler County since 2016 and this initiative is a part of that mission, according to a press release. Volunteers contributed to every stage of service from food preparation and cooking to sanitation and meal packaging.

With each volunteer engagement, CDO helps feed 200-300 families. Through the recent collective effort, 309 families received meals.

"When we unite our hands and hearts, we don’t just feed families — we strengthen the very foundation of our community," the press release stated. "This outreach represents more than a number; it reflects a community standing firmly together in service of its most vulnerable members."
