Built in 1998, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, a pool, a hot tub and 4,472 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $671,500.
Michael Robert Frates and Alia Frances Frates, of Gate City, Virginia, sold 2898 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4010, to Natasha Diane Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,420 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $325,000.
Marie Koals, of Mohnton, Pennsylvania, sold 89 South Atlantic Ave., Unit 506, to David Paul Causey and Pamela Diana Causey, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $195,000.
