Esteban Soto

Esteban Soto is a veteran of the Iraq War, spending a year there and earning the Combat Action Badge as well other awards and decorations during his 10 years in the Army. Those include an Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and Iraq Campaign Medal. Soto was medically retired due to injuries sustained during his service. He moved to Palm Coast with his wife, Mary, and two children following his discharge from the Army. Soto has been an active volunteer mentor and football coach for local youth. He is presently the senior vice commander of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8696 in Palm Coast and encourages more Iraq and Afghanistan veterans to join, find comradery, and get involved in the community.
