L.E. Shepherd Jr., individually and as trustee, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 642, to Robb Peterson and Lauren Detzel, as trustees, for $925,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 2,246 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $695,000.

Fuquay

Robert and Darlene Mahany, of Flagler Beach, sold 1705 S. Daytona Ave. to Cyril Oake and Jennifer Brown, of Hamilton, Michigan, for $820,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,274 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $375,000.

Jay and Vicki Starry, of Flagler Beach, sold 1939 S. Daytona Ave. to Jose and Erika Jiron, of Flagler Beach, for $750,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,595 square feet.

Likens

Jonathan and June Dunham, of Palm Coast, sold Pamela Parkway to Charles Kissling, of Palm Coast, for $1,275,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,378 square feet.
