Possession of forged driver's license. After responding to a car crash involving a motorcycle, police issues charges for a 54-year-old Ormond Beach man, the motorcycle driver, who fled the scene on foot and had a warrant for his arrest.

Witnesses said that the man "dump" his motorcycle on the road and walk away after the crash. The motorcycle's registered owner arrived at the scene and said she had taken the man to the hospital.

Police made contact with the man at the hospital, and the man provided them with several fake names and dates of birth before showing them a fake driver's license. However, officers learned his real name from the hospital bracelet he sported.

When asked about the fake driver's license, the man said it was " along story," according to his arrest report. He remained at the hospital for medical needs.
