Jared Dawson resides in Palm Coast with his wife, Samantha, and their two children. He serves his community as recreation specialist for the city of Palm Coast.

As a soldier, Dawson was stationed at Fort Drum, New York, where he was assigned to the brigade colonel’s personal Combat Observation Laser team. As a subject matter expert in his field, he assumed responsibility to train other soldiers, including allies from the armed forces of Canada and England.

Dawson is the city’s liaison to the Flagler County Veterans Advisory Council and is the go-to guy for the city’s Memorial Day and Veterans Day events.
