Barney Spurlock

  • Branch of Military: U.S. Marine Corps 
  • Dates of Service:  September 1950 – September 1954
  • Rank / Occupation:  Staff Sergeant / Ordnance NCO
  • Hometown:  Brooklyn, New York

Barney Spurlock served in Korea in 1951/1953 and Japan in 1953. He moved to Palm Coast in 1991, and joined The Marine Corps League Detachment 876 the week it was chartered in 1994. He is a past commandant of MCL Det 876, and encourages all Flagler County Marines to join the organization. Semper Fi!
