Aug. 23 is the last day of in-person voting for the primary election in Florida: There are four nonpartisan races on today's primary ballot in Flagler County, plus another four races each on the Democratic and Republican ballots.

Palm Coast residents will also vote for their next District 2 City Council member.

Voters casting their ballots on Election Day must vote in their assigned precinct location. Find yours on the Supervisor of Elections website at flaglerelections.com/For-Voters/Find-Your-Precinct.

Polls will be open through 7 p.m. It's too late to mail in a mail ballot, but voters who still have one and would like to vote can drop their ballot off at the drop-box outside of the Supervisor of Elections Office, at 1769 East Moody Boulevard, by 7 p.m.

Three of Flagler County's five School Board seats — District 1, District 2 and District 4 —are on the ballot, and two of those races have two candidates and will be decided tonight. The third, a three-way race for the District 2 seat, will be decided if any candidate gets 50% plus one vote; otherwise, it will proceed to a runoff election in November between the top two vote getters.

Two Flagler County Commission races — District 2 and District 4 — are also on the ballot. The District 2 race — a three-way race with all republican candidates — will be an open primary in which all voters can vote, regardless of party affiliation.

Partisan races on the Republican ballot include those for County Commission, District 4; representative in Congress, District 6; commissioner of agriculture; and state senator, District 7.

Partisan races on the Democratic ballot include those for U.S. senator, governor and lieutenant governor, attorney general, and commissioner of agriculture.
