Belle Terre

Diane Wellman-Foy, of Palm Coast, sold 13 Patchogue Place to Opendoor Property C LLC, of Tempe, Arizona, for $325,100. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 2,293 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Julian Velez, German Velez and Matilde Ossa sold 20 Ripcord Lane to Denise Jabbari and Shareen Jabbari, of Palm Coast, for $380,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,024 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $162,000.

Fin Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 17 Roxton Lane to Sharon Sardella and Kevin Parshley, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,013 square feet. It sold in March for $235,000.

Palm Harbor

Richard Torres, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Ferndale Lane to Gennadiy Lanin, of Palm Coast, for $396,600. Built in 2007, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,127 square feet.
