Daniel LaDuke, of Granby, Massachusetts, sold 7 London Lane to Amy and Phillip Sherwood, of Streamwood, Illinois, for $362,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,391 square feet.

Maxine Mial, of Kansas, Oklahoma, sold 9 Laurel Oaks Circle to Jenell Miller and Jennie Miller, of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, for $349,900. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $110,000.

Ormond Terrace

Brandon and Morgan Davis, of Daytona Beach, sold 411 Mcintosh Road to Geoffrey Storbeck, of Ormond Beach, for $354,999. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,113 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $109,000.

Tomoka Estates

Beverly Cross, individually and as trustee, sold 1138 George Anderson St. to Miranda Freeland, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,280 square feet.
