To snap a flapper: Palm Coast announces city photo contest winners

There were winners in six categories.

The city of Palm Coast's annual photo contest for 2021 ran from June 1 through July 31. All photos had to be taken inside the city limits of Palm Coast and were judged in six categories. Winners were selected in August and honored at a City Council meeting. The winning prize for each category was a $100 gift card.

Here are this year's contest winners by category:

  • Greg Evans – Technology
  • Joan Soldano – Residents
  • Cynde Baumann – Nature
  • Laurie Stone – Historic
  • Gina Secor – Dining
  • Joyce Connolly – Business
