Twenty-three young artists in Planet e Studios' Summer Musical Theatre Camp brought Sherwood Forest and the story of Robin Hood to life last weekend.
The thespians, ages 7-17, performed "Robin Hood: The Musical!" on July 31 and Aug. 1 at Palm Coast United Methodist Church. The production was directed by Hannah Pierce with Mackinzie Rogan serving as assistant director.
The performers had only four weeks to learn the entire muscial, including nine songs and dances. They had just one tech and one dress rehearsal ahead of the two performances. They performed both on stage and in the audience.
"There was laughter, camaraderie and joy. They did an outstanding job," said Emily Rose Feinberg-Hosier, Planet e Studios' music director.
