Intracoastal Bank hires Telcyn Smith portfolio manager

Bruce Page, chairman and Chief Executive Officer, announced the addition of Telcyn Smith to Intracoastal as Vice President/ Portfolio Manager for the Bank on March 3. In this capacity she will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the bank’s loan risk management function. She will provide a wide range of credit and sales support services to the Bank’s lending group.

Prior to joining Intracoastal Bank, Smith was Vice President/Business Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo Bank. She comes to Intracoastal Bank with more than 20 years of experience in banking. She has served in a range of areas including risk management and business lending. She graduated from Bethune-Cookman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration & Finance from Howard University.

Telcyn Smith is a long term resident of the greater Daytona Beach area. She has a passion for business, community service and education. She has been active in many organizations including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Greater Daytona Beach Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement and National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP).
