The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit and SWAT team searched a drug house at 5000 Palm Avenue in Bunnell and arrested three people there on Friday, Jan. 17.

The individuals arrested were Gage Watts, 24, who is charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon, plus various drug offenses; Tessa Lilly, 25, who is charged with possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of counterfeit currency, and various drug offenses; and Jessica McBryde, 30, who is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

“Two of the adults arrested are frequent fliers to the Green Roof Inn,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Hopefully the courts will deal with them this time and they get the help they need or serious jail time, or else we’ll be keeping an eye on them when they’re back on the streets. Get your poison out of Flagler County!”

The FCSO has responded to the residence for various complaints and calls for service more than 50 times within the past year. These calls for service ranged from weapons complaints to arrest warrants to disturbances.

In recent months, SIU Detectives conducted several undercover operations and were able to confirm narcotics were being sold from the residence. Heavy traffic coming and going from the residence was apparent during all hours.

During the execution of the search warrant, seven adults, including the three who were arrested, were located within the residence.

Detectives seized methamphetamine, a firearm, ammunition, counterfeit currency, cannabis, and various paraphernalia including scales, baggies, pipes, and needles.

Additional charges are pending and the investigation is ongoing.
