The Ormond Memorial Art Museum, the Ormond Beach Historical Society, Ormond MainStreet and the Casements joined forces on Friday, Jan. 11, to host the the 30th-annual Starry, Starry Night gallery walk, encouraging guests to take an evening stroll through the museums and businesses on the beachside.
OMAM showcased numerous artists' pieces in an exhibit titled, "Influenced by Sound," featuring the Florida Artists Group, which was founded in 1949. The group is made up of national and state-recognized artists. Local artwork was also on display at the St. James Episcopal Church.
At The Casements, there was a melodic harpist on the lawn as well as five-piece orchestra, Opus 5, inside. The Casements was also home to Carolyn A. Land's "Earth's Music in Art Form" exhibit. Refreshments and treats, such as s'mores, where also served.
