Pirates drop close game to Wolfson in kickoff classic

Matanzas lost 6-3 on Friday, Aug. 16.

The Pirates traveled to Duval County to play their preseason game against Samuel W. Wolfson High on the night of Friday, Aug. 16. However, Matanzas lost 6-3.

The Pirates return to action 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, when they travel to face crosstown rival Flagler Palm Coast.
