Public can have their say on downtown

Master Plan being developed

A meeting to get input from the public on the Downtown Master Plan is set for 6 p.m., April 17, at the Anderson-Price Memorial Building, 42 N. Beach St. The meeting will include a presentation on what has occurred since the 2006 Master Plan. The public is invited to speak on issues and opportunities for the downtown, which is Granada Boulevard and a few blocks north and south from State Road A1A to Orchard Ave. A new Master Plan is currently being developed by volunteers in the Downtown Steering Committee, which will have a meeting earlier that day at 11 a.m. in Room 103 at City Hall, 22 S. Beach St.
