An arrest warrant was issued for a massage therapist who allegedly filmed a female customer undressing before a massage appointment, according to a news release by the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.

The Sheriff's Office issued an arrest warrant Friday, Oct. 19, for Justus Scott, 35, of Palm Coast, on the charge of video voyeurism. Scott was a massage therapist at Wellness One Chiropractic in Palm Coast at the time. He is no longer employed there.

The Sheriff’s Office Investigative Services Division was provided a video that shows a female customer undressing in the office prior to a massage appointment. The video was recorded between January 2016 and January 2017. An investigation by detectives revealed that Scott placed a cell phone in the massage room to video record the customer while she undressed.

Detectives have at least one confirmed case of voyeurism. Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Scott on Oct. 19 and arrested him at his home around 6 p.m. Friday evening. He was taken to the Flagler County Jail and was released after posting a $5,000 bond.

There's also a search warrant for Scott’s house and computer. The Sheriff's Office will conduct a forensic analysis of Scott’s computer and any other electronic devices to attempt to identify any other victims. This analysis is expected to take weeks to complete.

If you think you may have been a victim of Scott, call FCSO at 386-313-4911.
