A house on one acre in the Nob Hill neighborhood was the top real estate transaction for Dec. 10-16 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Christopher and Suzanne Broadwater, of Aurora, Colorado, sold 5805 Nob Hill Blvd. to Denise Monday, of Port Orange, for $365,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,985 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $230,000.

PORT ORANGE

Allandale

Jodi Manning, of Port Orange, sold 5333 Christiancy Ave. to Wanda Gauntt, of Port Orange, for $80,000. Built in 1971, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 960 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $90,000.

Cambridge

Katherine Sharpton, of Port Orange, sold 239 Brittany Ave. to Kellie Overmier, of Port Orange, for $177,900. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,245 square feet. It sold in July for $175,000.

Countryside

Murray and Cheryl Wagner sold 3906 Oak Crest Circle to Desiree and Stuart Brown, of Gladwyne, Pennsylvania, for $266,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,812 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $173,000.

Hammock Lake Estates

Eugenia Randolph, of Sarasota, sold 3308 Country Manor to Anna Velasquez, of South Daytona, for $294,800. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,083 square feet.

Foxboro

Juliann and David Slick, of Port Orange, sold 611 Moonpenny Circle to Christopher Gitzke and Lauren Schmidt, of Port Orange, for $214,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,560 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $183,000.

Kerr

Daniel and Amberly Pearson, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 215 Fox Place to Toni Rinehart, of Port Orange, for $120,000. Built in 1947, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,347 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $117,000.

Laurelwood

Mae Oakley sold 737 Rolling Hills Drive to Ann Zerbach, of Port Orange, for $132,000. Built in 1982, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $65,000.

Mac John

Dominick and Francesca Milano sold 5855 Boggs Ford Road to Tina Carlyle, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1980, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,302 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $100,000.

Ronald Wines, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 3585 Jackson St. to Ross and Marie Richardson, of Daytona Beach, for $109,000. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,748 square feet.

Katherine and Ellis McDonald sold 3837 Sunset Cove Drive to Christopher Panilaitis, of Port Orange, for $239,900. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,844 square feet.

Akil and Arifa Venjara, of Happauge, New York, sold 1601 Taylor Wood Drive to Deanna and Mark Lebeda, of Port Orange, for $164,940. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,553 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $125,000.

Intervest at Water's Edge LLLP, of Daytona Beach, sold 6819 Forkmead Lane to John Nelson Jr., of Port Orange, for $311,623. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,038 square feet.

Donald Parksey, of Daytona Beach, sold 1636 Armin Court to Daniel King and Briana Conlan-King, of Port Orange, for $269,900. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,694 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $119,455.

Willow Run

Joshua and Natalie Eisenhut, of Port Orange, sold 4721 Hidden Lake Drive to Jeffrey and September Provencher, of Port Orange, for $238,400. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,882 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $284,300.

Carolyn LeBlanc, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 Silk Moss Court to Austin and Randi Dance, of South Daytona, for $215,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $135,000.
