A house in Spruce Creek Fly In was the top real estate transaction for March 11-17 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Bill Ogle sold 2551 Cross Country Drive to Ramon and Laura Ruiz, of Malabar, for $575,000. Built in 1983, the house has four bedrooms, six baths, two fireplaces, a pool and 4,918 square feet.

The Woods

James and Amalia Lombardo, of Port Orange, sold 450 Woodstock Drive to Aaron and Lindsay Henderson, of Port Orange, for $239,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a patio, pool and 3,032 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $191,000. 

Banbury

Andrea and Bryan Dietz, of Edgewater, sold 838 Banbury Drive to Paulita De Jesus, of Port Orange, for $242,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,349 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $240,000. 

Barefoot Park

Scott Christopher and Cathy Lynn O'Keefe sold 115 Aloha Terrace to David Groh, of Port Orange, for $77,500. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a storage shed and 1,536 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $49,400. 

Fleming Fitch

Charles Inglett, of Adairsville, Georgia, sold 113 Fleming Ave. to Paul Lupien Investments for $115,000. Built in 1924, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,372 square feet.

Pheasant Run

Gloria Kiernan and Luis Puentes sold 796 Pheasant Run Court to American Chemical and Building Maintenance Supply for $315,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,589 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $358,000. 

Pinnacle Park

Jeffrey Dunn sold 1674 Areca Palm Drive to Teresa O’Connell, of Port Orange, for $188,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,331 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $115,000. 

Summer Trees

Orlando Rito and Jody Russell, of Phoenix, Arizona, sold 101 Cypress Pond Road to Andrea and Warren Schreiner, of Port Orange, for $95,000. The house, built in 1981, had two bedrooms, two baths and 1,048 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $87,900. 

Susan Sloane, of South Daytona, sold 126 Magnolia Loop to Deborah Benoit, of Port Orange, for $140,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,188 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $156,500. 

Sun Lake Estates

Angelo and Belinda Manginelli, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 6148 Half Moon Drive to Bill Tyson, of Port Orange, for $305,000. Built in 1993, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,534 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $227,500. 

Not in Subdivision

Mark Hancock sold 1218 Windsor Drive to Bruce and Michelle Nierad, of Port Orange, for $80,000. Built in 1980, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,406 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $49,700. 

Christy Dunham, of Port Orange, sold 404 Baywood Circle to Anthony and Jennifer Devito, of Port Orange, for $158,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 957 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $134,000. 

Silver Creek

Angela Mayers, of Monrovia, Maryland, sold 1129 Silver Creek to Joseph and Rebecca Payette, of Port Orange, for $214,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,584 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $143,900. 

Sweetwater Hills

Sam Toutounchian, of Daytona Beach, sold 704 Branch Drive to Linda Pringle, of Port Orange, for $215,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,747 square feet.

Spruce Creek Fly In

Thomas and Lita Boyle, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 3302 Oak Vista Drive to Hart and Lauren Fessenden, of New York, New York, for $485,000. Built in 1995, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, pool and 3,000 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $445,000. 

William Stansell sold 2719 Winterford Drive to George Hanna and Reham Fouad, of Port Orange, for $535,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, pool and 3,329 square feet. 

Wilbur by the Sea

Kevin and Sharon Scannell sold 4040 Oriole Ave. to Alec Ribbink, of Port Orange, for $238,000. Built in 1968, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 952 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $155,000. 

South Daytona

Steven Defriese, of Holly Hill, sold 141 Coral Circle to Bruce Duerr, of South Daytona, for $270,650. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,686 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $87,500. 

Linda Warnert sold 90 Bryan Cave Road to Edward and Mary Goitz, of South Daytona, for $232,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, pool and 1,986 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $142,500. 

Robert and Audrey Davies, of Mechanicsville, Maryland, sold 1944 Papaya Drive to Cindy Almon, of South Daytona, for $134,944. Built in 1958, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $48,000. 

Nicholas Smith and Valentine Portela, of South Daytona, sold 2434 Yale Road to Natalie Dunning, of Edgewater, for $125,000. Built in 1964, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,057 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $58,000. 

Maryanne Candeloro, of Tampa, sold 123 Old Sunbeam Drive to Christy and Matthew Edwards, of South Daytona, for $244,901. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,934 square feet.

Clay and Carolyn French, of New Market, Tennessee, sold 850 Valencia Road to William Gormley, of Hamden, New York, for $215,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,100 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $80,000. 

Tyler Smith sold 508 Blake Road to Darrell and Carrie Owens, of South Daytona, for $129,000. Built in 1953, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 980 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $29,000. 

Linda Fields sold 2001 Hickorywood Drive to Robert and Lynn Lasota, of South Daytona, for $32,000. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 714 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $44,500.
