Security First officially closes on land for new headquarters

Security First is one step closer to starting construction on their new headquarters in Ormond Crossings.

Security First officially closed on the property in Ormond Crossings that will become their new headquarters.

The insurance company has signed the paperwork, staying on track to break ground by the end of 2017. Security First continues to aim to have its headquarters completed by January, 2019. 

The new headquarters are planned to be a four-story building spanning 133,000 square feet on 48 acres in Ormond Crossings. The building will allow the company to expand and have a total of 750 full-time employees. It will also have various amenities for its employees, including a large cafe, outdoor walking trails and an onsite fitness center.
