Ormond kid celebrates birthday picking up debris

Hurricane Matthew really put a damper on his birthday plans.

Clayton Hrabal had plans to go with his family to Prince of Peace's annual Octoberfest to celebrate his ninth birthday. But the carnival was canceled thanks to Hurricane Matthew, and Hrabal spent the day helping his mother clean debris from a neighbor's front yard.
