All nearby Publix stores are out of water, Beachside CVS and Walgreens still stocked

Most Publix stores will be receiving emergancy shipments overnight.

Ormond Beach residents are racing to stock their homes up with water bottles and jugs before Hurricane Matthew hits Thursday evening — leaving most stores currently empty. One Walmart employee statement that a shipment delivered Wednesday morning was gone in two hours. 

While a few stores still have some cases left, many will be receiving shipments overnight to be restocked in the morning. The follow stores currently have packs of water bottles: 

  • CVS, 250 E. Granada Blvd. (beachside) 
  • Walgreens, 205 E. Granada Blvd. (beachside) 
  • Dollar General, 145 N. Yonge St. 
  • Dollar General, 1550 Oceanshore Blvd. (beachside) 

The following Publix stores are completely sold out: 

  • Publix Super Market at Ormond Towne Square, 1478 W Granada Blvd.

The following Publix stores are sold out, but expecting possible shipments overnight: 

  • Publix Super Market at The Trails Shopping Center, 220 N Nova Road
  • Publix Super Market at Ormond Beach Mall, 1258 Ocean Shore Blvd.
  • Publix Super Market at Halifax Plantation Village, 3750 Roscommon Drive
  • Publix Super Market at Holly Hill, 1850 Ridgewood Ave. 

The following CVS locations are completely sold out:

  • CVS, 795 W. Granada Blvd. 
  • 218 N. Nova Road

The following Walgreens locations are completely sold out: 

  • Walgreens, 790 W Granada Blvd. 
  • Walgreens, 2001 W. Granada Blvd. 

Walmart, 1521 W. Granada Blvd., and Winn-Dixie, 353 W. Granada Blvd., are both sold out and unsure of any more shipments. The Dollar General at 1462 W. Granada Blvd. #205, and all Dollar Tree locations are currently sold out and not expecting any more shipments, but some may still have individual water bottles.
