An Ormond Beach art teacher will have his personal collection featured at the Peabody Auditorium.

The art teacher for both Ormond Beach Elementary and Tomoka Elementary is getting recognition for his personal work. Wendell Fuller’s exhibition of paintings are currently being displayed at the Rose Room in the Peabody Auditorium in Daytona Beach. They will stay there until May 4. A closing reception will be held at 5:30 p.m. May 1, with performances by Two Guys with Horns — featuring Paul Ricco and fellow Tomoka Elementary teacher Roland St. Gelais.

Fuller has worked in Volusia County Schools for 30 years. As an artist, he has trained in the techniques of egg tempera and varnish painting.
