Bunnell Elementary fourth-grader celebrates 9th birthday at Sea Colony

Bunnell Elementary fourth-grader Hope Romaine brought a range of generations together to celebrate her 9^th birthday with a dance party and dinner Sept. 21, at Sea Colony. Attendees ranged from 2 years old to 83.

Teen honored with American Legion's Good Citizenship Citation

A local teen has been awarded the American Legion's Good Citizenship citation.

Joshua Ore was recognized for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout earlier this year and attending the American Legion's Boy's State Program in Tallahassee in July.

American Legion member and Boy Scout Committee Chairperson George Stockley and American Legion Post 115 Commander Barry Preston presented Joshua with the award at a ceremony held at American Legion Post 115.
