PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts June 3 to June 7:

• Lilly Greene is a retail sales business at 5 Utility Drive, No. 18.
• Physical Therapy Professionals and Associates Inc. is at 84 Pinnacle Drive.
• Yogurt City of Palm Coast Inc. is an eating establishment at 1214 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Dolphin Irrigation Plus, LLC is a landscaping service at 100 Kiwanis Way.
• Gioia Sails South is a manufacturing company at 5 Hargrove Grade.
• Home-based businesses: Forbes Plastering & Stucco Inc., a stucco contractor; Jerry Cravey’s Amazing Lawn Care; Nutritional Solutions, a retail sales business; Full House Carpet Cleaning by Fletcher Rudisill; Justin Hetrick’s Lawn Service; John Dobbins Junk, an Internet service; and Richard Thomas LegalShield, an unclassified personal business.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city May 31 to June 6. Total number of all permits issued: 179.

Commercial permit applications received:
• Seagate Homes applied for a $1,500 permit for interior renovations to 210 Old Kings Road.

Commercial permits issued:
• The Chiefs Landscaping was issued a $5,000 permit for landscape modifications to 3 Boulder Rock Drive.

Residential permits issued:
• Stoughton Luxury Homes was issued a $335,000 permit for a single-family residence at 59 Evans Drive.
• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a $307,000 permit for a single-family residence at 106 Coopers Hawk Way.
• Intevest Construction was issued a $291,000 permit for a single-family residence at 124 Willow Oak Way.
• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a $278,000 permit for a single-family residence at 108 S. Coopers Hawk Way.
• Adams Homes of NW Florida was issued a $268,000 permit for a single-family residence at 19 Freemont Turn.
• DR Horton was issued a $209,000 permit for a single-family residence at 14 Arrowhead Drive.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $201,000 permit for a single-family residence at 10 Diamond Leaf Way.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $194,000 permit for a single-family residence at 143 Rolling Sands Drive.
• Adams Homes of NW Florida was issued a $186,000 permit for a single-family residence at 99 Karas Trail.
• New Coastal Homes was issued a $44,000 permit for an addition to 4 Fairbank Lane.
• Robert Bertolini was issued a $10,000 permit for alterations to 15 Webwood Place.
• US Aluminum was issued an $8,138 permit for an addition to 137 Longview Way N.
• Jose Lopez Construction was issued a $7,500 permit for alterations to 109 Cochise Court.
• Jose Lopez Construction was issued a $6,500 permit for alterations to 117 Cochise Court.
• US Aluminum was issued a $5,340 permit for an addition to 20 Louvet Lane.
• Express Sunrooms of America was issued a $5,00 permit for an addition to 86 Beechwood Lane.
• Sunshine Screen Enclosure was issued a $3,976 permit for an addition to 34 Rosecroft Lane.
• Blue Crown Construction was issued a $2,400 permit for an addition to 162 Willow Oak Way.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Palm Coast and the Beaches Real Estate claimed occupancy at 7 Florida Park Drive.
• Studio Dow, an art gallery and studio, claimed occupancy at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit B204.
