The Flagler County Chamber of Commerce August Business After Hours celebrated a variety of milestones for the hosts, including the grand opening of Atmosphere Reinvented, where the event was held.

Owner Rebecca Howell-Boykin said it was a hit-two-birds-with-one-stone event. Her salon, which launched a silent opening in April, is located on the second floor at City Marketplace wedged in between Hollingsworth Gallery and the Flagler County Art League Gallery. She said what makes her salon different is that she looks at the whole person.

“It's not just about the haircut, it's making sure the inside matches the outside,” Howell-Boykin said.

The event was co-hosted by Supreme Steamers, which is celebrating its third anniversary and was catered by Canfield's Restaurant at Palm Harbor Golf Course, which is rolling out a new menu.
