A 26-year-old Palm Coast man has been arrested in Jacksonville and is currently being held in the Flagler County Inmate Facility on a Flagler County warrant charging him with having sex with a 14-year-old girl.

The warrant accuses Javon Hall of having a sexual relationship for some 11 months with the Palm Coast teenager beginning in October 2011.

Flagler County Sheriff’s detectives spent more than two months investigating the case before filing the charges.

A warrant charging Hall with three counts of lewd and lascivious molestation on a victim between 12 and 16 years of age was signed by Circuit Court Judge Dennis Craig on Sept. 21. Hall was arrested Tuesday by the Jacksonville Police Department and extradicted to Flagler County today.

According to the teen, she and Hall would have sex at her home or at his house. She said she would often sneak out of the house to meet him.

He is currently being held in the Flagler County Inmate Facility on $100,000 bond.

Detectives are asking anyone else who may have been victimized by Hall to contact Detective Roger Spires at (386) 586-4801.
