The Flagler PAL football and cheerleaders played their homecoming games Oct. 13.  Following the games, a homecoming dance was held at Wadsworth Elementary school.

The dance was open to all PAL participants in the Jr. Pee Wee, Pee Wee, Jr. Midget, and Midget divisions, and also to all fifth through eighth graders.

Kings and Queens are as follows: Alicia Palma, Midget Queen; Ryan Rice and Jordan Bride, Jr. Midget King and Queen; Shane Riley and Madison Asbill, Pee Wee King and Queen; and Kaleb Christensen and Carlee Howard, Jr. Pee Wee King and Queen.

Although there are no more scheduled home games, the Falcons play on the road the next two weeks at West Volusia (Oct. 20) and at Ormond Beach (Oct. 27). Playoff teams will be determined pending the outcome of those games, and the East Coast Conference playoffs begin Oct. 29. If any of the Flagler teams secure a No. 1 seed, that game will be Oct. 30, at home.

The Falcons cheerleading squads will also compete in the East Coast Conference Cheer Competition Oct. 21, at the Ocean Center, in Daytona Beach. This event is open to the public with paid admission.
