Publix permits $2,000 repairs; eldercare facilities occupy

A total of 98 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, April 19, and Wednesday, April 25.

A $35,000 commercial permit was issued to Legacy Landscaping, to re-sod and irrigate the sports fields at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton church, at 4600 Belle Terre Parkway. A $2,000 permit was also issued to Authorized Construction Services, for store repairs to Publix, at 4950 Belle Terre Parkway, caused by the recent vehicular crash.

Three occupancy permits were issued, as well, to Open Arms Adult Home Care (for an office located at 21 Utility Drive); Genesis Eldercare Rehabilitation Services (at 3001 Palm Coast Parkway); and Assisted Living Facility (36 Bronson Lane).

No commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Olsen Custom Homes, for a $344,000 single-family residence at 230 Willow Oak Way. The largest renovation permit was issued to Signature Construction, for $18,000 alterations to 9 Charles Court.
