Kiwanis honor Seniors of the Month in May

The The Flagler/Palm Coast Kiwanis Club recognized Elizabeth Sovia, of Matanzas High School, and Marly Jean-Pierre, of Flagler Palm Coast High School, as Seniors of the Month for May.

Sovia is a member of the National Honor Society, the Leo Club and the track and field team. She is planning on attending the University of Central Florida and majoring in mathematics and engineering.

Jean-Pierre is a member of the National Honor Society, the Key Club, Junior Medical Reserve Corps and received the Presidential Volunteer Award in 2012. She is bilingual and is currently employed as a hostess at Perkins Restaurant.
