The 2026 United Flagler Fourth Celebration kicks off at 6 p.m. Friday, July 3, with First Friday at Veterans Park in Flagler Beach. The Stars and Stripes Parade, presented by the Rotary Club of Flagler Beach, follows at 9 a.m. Saturday, July 4.
The parade will follow its traditional route along A1A in Flagler Beach from Sixth Street North to Sixth Street South.
Public entry to Fireworks Over the Runways at Flagler Executive Airport begins at 5 p.m. on July 4. The event will feature food trucks, vendors, a beer garden, children’s activities and live entertainment on the main stage. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and settle in for an evening of entertainment leading to the fireworks display at 9 p.m.
Local dignitaries and elected officials will deliver a reading of the Declaration of Independence at 6:30 p.m. At 7 p.m., spectators can cheer on local leaders and community personalities competing in the event's first-ever hot dog eating contest. In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, this year’s event will feature a thrilling warbird showcase at the airport from 7-8 p.m. Historic military aircraft will take to the skies in a high-energy aerial showcase.
Parking for Fireworks Over the Runways will be located at the south side of the airport and is accessible only via Fin Way off South Belle Terre Boulevard. This will be the only entrance to the event with no access to the front of the airport and no parking available at Flagler Palm Coast High School. Airport Road and Bulldog Drive will be closed to traffic at 5 p.m. Parking along South Belle Terre Boulevard is prohibited.
Admission, parking and participation at all United Flagler Fourth events are free of charge. Glass containers are not permitted. The airport will remain operational throughout the day, with a temporary closure during the fireworks display.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, along with Palm Coast Public Works and Flagler County Assist volunteers, will manage traffic control, pedestrian crossings, and parking operations. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.
