Two healthcare agencies claim Palm Coast occupancy

Of 114 permits issued last week, two marked new business occupancy.

A total of 114 permits were issued through Palm Coast between Thursday, April 12, and Wednesday, April 18.

A $390,000 permit was issued to M Paul General Contractors, for interior renovations to Flagler Dental, at 98 Flagler Plaza Drive.

Two occupancy permits were issued, to Accurate Healthcare Palm Coast LLC, located at 140 Pinnacles Drive, and Adult Family Care Home, at 41 Woodlawn Drive.

No commercial permits or commercial certificates of occupancy were issued.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Skyway Builders, for a $295,000 single-family residence at 207 Willow Oak Way. The largest renovation permit was issued to Miracle Windows, for a $36,000 addition to 58 Woodworth Drive.
