Island Estates home sells for $1.2 million

A home in Island Estates tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of April 25 to April 29.

Cindy Spallone, of Hillsboro Beach, sold the home at 110 Island Estates Parkway to Frank Hohmann, of Pocono Lake, Pa., for $1,211,500.

Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen, a boat dock, a boat house and 5,233 square feet of living area.
