A home in Grand Haven tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of April 11 to April 15.

Anthony and Michaelyn Milidantri, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 156 Willow Oak Way to Robert Aiken, of Palm Coast, for $720,000.

Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 3,742 square feet of living area.
