A total of 117 permits were issued through the city between Thursday, July 21, and Wednesday, July 27.

Construction permits were issued to the city of Palm Coast, for renovations to 160 Cypress Point Parkway; and Ryskcon Construction, for renovations to 11 Hargrove Grade.

Two occupancy orders were issued, as well, to Svetlana Brandon, for European Massage, at 29 Old Kings Road; and Ahmed Hussein, for Arthur Murray Dance Studio, at 160 Cypress Point Parkway.

The largest residential permit of the week was issued to Seagate Homes, for a $282,000 single-family residence at 10 Evans Drive. Smaller renovation permits, spanning from $1,800 to $10,800, were also issued for additions to six homes, in the C-, F-, P-, R- and Z-sections.
