A home in Palm Harbor tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Jan. 17 to Jan. 21. Clifford and Pamela Oberg, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Cortes Court to Kenneth and Marietta Rode, of Sandy Hook, Conn., for $225,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a boat house, a boat lift and 1,864 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $181,900 in 2000.

Indian Trails
SMT Properties LLC, BKG Properties LLC, and Tamco Corp. of Volusia County sold the home at 25 Bickwick Lane to Marina Pinto, of Palm Coast, for $121,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,861square feet of living area. It previously sold for $201,900 in 2006.

Wojciech Komenda, of Babylon, N.Y., sold the home at 19 Buffalo Grove Place to Robert and Cecylia Sutowski, of Paragould, Ark., for $200,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool, a spa and 1,974 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,900 in 2006.

Lehigh Woods
John Pfeffer Jr. and Blanca Pfeffer sold the home at 24 Regency Drive to Lawrence and Aleta Kauppila, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,081 square feet of living area.

Katherine Kimberley and Rodney Kimberley, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Rickenbacker Drive to Thomas Lewis and Amber Lewis, both of Palm Coast, for $86,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,406 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $174,500.

Palm Harbor
John and Markay Raybon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 39 Christopher Court S. to James and Gail Sullivan, of Haddon Township, N.J., for $200,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,882 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $137,000 in 1998.

Fifth Third Mortgage Company sold the home at 49 Fanshawe Lane to Maria and Edward Elci, of Palm Coast, for $114,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,870 square feet of living area.

Pebble Beach Village
Edward and Betty Wheelock, of Broad Brook, Conn., sold the home at 19 Sunset Court to Patrick and Eileen Dimarzo, of Oakdale, N.Y., for $125,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 993 square feet of living area.

Pine Lakes
Karen Rende, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 45 Wellshire Lane to Silvino Deoliveira, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,889 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $112,000 in 1993.

Quail Hollow
Jose and Merari Velez, of Antioch, Ill., sold the home at 2 Zinc Place to Raymond and Susan Clabby, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,663 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $134,900 in 2003.

Seminole Woods
Sybil Gordon, of Apopka, sold the home at 12 Sea Flower Path to Jacob and Jennifer Bissonnette, of Palm Coast, for $101,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,996 square feet of living area.
