Hammock Dunes condo sells for $790,000

A condo in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Jan. 10 to Jan. 14. Mid-State Investments Inc. sold Unit 802 at 19 Ave. De La Mer to Robert and Ann Bagdon, of Palm Coast, for $790,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,340 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $920,000 in 2005.

FLAGLER BEACH
D. Paul Mack, of Ocala, sold the home at 1420 Lambert Ave. to Erich and Betty Frazier, of Weston, for $530,000. Built in 1984, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock and 3,408 square feet of living area.

It previously sold for $450,000 in 2001.

Gary Lancaster, of Flagler Beach, sold Unit 615 at 3600 Oceanshore Blvd. S. to James Schowalter, of Brooksville, for $135,000. Built in 1984, it has one bedroom, one bath and 719 square feet of living area.

Michael Deneen, of Natick, Mass., sold Unit 306 at 3651 Central Ave. S. to Ann Hiemenz, of Palatka, for $340,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,886 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,900 in 2001.

Canopy Walk
Bruce and Ginger Lang, of Lake Ronkonkoma, N.Y., sold Unit 411 at 400 Canopy Walk Lane to Charles Gentile, of Pooler, Ga., for $165,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2005.

Grand Haven
Linda Lavery, of Citrus Springs, sold the home at 10 Owls Roost Lane W. to William and Pauline Jutras, of Warwick, R.I., for $195,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,605 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,300 in 2004.

Joseph and Linda Boyle, of Pine Beach, N.J., sold Unit B-304 at 200 Riverfront Drive to Gerald and Mary Mattaliano, of Long Branch, N.J., for $170,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,015 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2006.

Hammock Dunes
Arlene and Donald Estes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Madeira Court to Greg and Kristy Mehous, of Sorrento, for $265,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,483 square feet of living area.

It previously sold for $270,000 in 1994.

Harold Fethe Jr. and Frances Charlson, both of St. Augustine, sold Unit 503 at 85 Ave. De La Mer to Robert Campione, of Palm Coast, for $655,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,690 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,400,000 in 2006.

Indian Trails
Katherine Galletto, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 74 Belleaire Drive to Hugo and Markay Walters, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,795 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Irma Vargas and Miguel Rivera, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 28 Angela Drive to Brian Dunn, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,355 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,500 in 2008.

Michael and Marla David, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 30 Red Top Lane to Walter and Carole Twyman for $158,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,601 square feet of living area.

William O’Toole, of Toms River, N.J., sold the home at 99 Reidsville Drive to Kenneth and Dorothy Ankiewicz, of Dandridge, Tenn., for $149,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,820 square feet of living area.

Ronaldo and Holly Agustin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Richard Place to Clay Sykes and Joann Hom, both of Central Islip, N.Y., for $88,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,488 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 2008.

Jerome and Edith Smith, of Raymond, Calif., sold the home at 77 Robinson Drive to Michele Hembree and Theresa Poetsch, both of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,904 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $243,000 in 2005.

Eugenii Monkevitch, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 22 Rykill Way to Roger and Janiet Adams, of Ballwin, Mo., for $142,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,181 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,900 in 2006.

Palm Harbor
Norman and Gail Beckwith sold the home at 50 Fenwick Lane to Susan Murphy, of Palm Coast, for $149,100. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $105,000 in 1995.

Pine Lakes
Aaron Gale, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 320 Wellington Drive to Bobbie and Dolores Fildes, of Palm Coast, for $118,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,996 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $149,900 in 1996.

Nicholas Dorn, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 86 Westlee Lane to Richard and Margaret Fogarty, of Palm Coast, for $125,500. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,728 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $117,500 in 1999.

Michele Hembree and Theresa Poetsch, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Woodfair Place to Ralph Villani, of Bernardsville, N.J., for $150,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,163 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2006.

Quail Hollow
Joe and Renata Soares, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Llosee Court, to Kirk and Chris Mackinson, of Cedar Grove, N.J., for $135,170. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,986 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,900 in 2006.

Vitaliy and Galina Vayda, of River Vale, N.J., sold the home at 11 Zorach Place to Sandra Thomas, of Esperance, N.Y., for $130,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,425 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $314,900 in 2006.
