Four were injured in a car crash July 30 on Seminole Woods Boulevard, including a 7-year-old and a 5-year-old, who were both listed in critical condition.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Lisa L. Bianco, 42, of Bunnell, was traveling in a 2002 Pontiac Montana east on Seminole Woods. Meanwhile, Daniel R. Legault, 39, of Daytona Beach, was traveling west in a 2006 Ford Mustang.

Bianco attempted to execute a left turn onto Integra Woods Boulevard to travel northbound and, according to FHP, “violated the right of way of oncoming traffic.”

The front ends of the vehicles collided, and the Pontiac, carrying Bianco, 7-year-old Madison Bianco and 5-year-old Lincoln Bianco, rolled over onto its right side and was pushed into the shoulder of the road. Despite wearing a seatbelt, Lincoln was ejected from the vehicle onto the sidewalk north of the roadway.

The Pontiac came to a rest right side up.

Lincoln and Madison were transported to Arnold Palmer Hospital. Their injuries were classified as “critical.” Lisa Bianco was treated at Halifax Medical Center for serious injuries.

Legault sustained serious injuries as well and was transported to Shands Hospital, Gainesville. The report states he was not wearing a seatbelt.

In addition to the injuries to the drivers and passenger, $5,000 in damage was done to the Pontiac, and $20,000 in damage was done to the Mustang.
