A condo in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of March 28 to April 1. William and Launi Mills, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 901 at 85 Ave. De La Mer to Kelly Marshall, of Palm Coast, for $850,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.45 million in 2006.

Ocean Palm
Lois Owens, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 252 Ocean Palm Drive to Paul Gauthier and Audrey Johnson, of Flagler Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,516 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Atlanta Beach
Bernadette Pipp, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2408 Oceanshore Blvd. S. to Lee and Lois Foshay, of Dudley, Mass., for $500,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa and 2,497 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $392,378.

Cypress Knoll
Dana and Pamela Nyborg, and James Fitton, all of Palm Coast, sold the home at 92 Eastwood Drive to Beverly Wolfe, of Bunnell, for $175,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,448 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Peter and Louise Capozzi, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Deerfield Court to Dennis and Carol Burke, of Middletown, Conn., for $250,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 1,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2006.

Michael Mercante, of Boca Raton, sold the home at 91 Lagare St. to Dennis and Melanie Weaver, of Bryan, Ohio, for $375,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,659 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $266,741.

Mark and Joanne Tavzel, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Shinnecock Drive to Shoals Plaice LLC for $289,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa and 2,743 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $383,000 in 2004.

James and Maria Navarro, both of Las Vegas, sold the home at 6 Laguna Court to Laniko Group LLC for $285,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,881 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $417,500 in 2004.

Braily LLC sold Unit 604 at 19 Ave. De La Mer to Wasfy and Elizabeth Fahmy, of Phoenixville, Pa., for $630,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,873 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,222,000 in 2005.

Indian Trails
Laurie Lagos, of Cape Coral, sold the home at 8 Beth Lane to Richard Peckham, of Palm Coast, for $87,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $196,000 in 2006.

Brent and Sheila Jaffe, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 49 Burbank Drive to Terrence and Lisa Reilly, of Larchmont, N.Y., for $105,000. Built in 1994 it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,864 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $117,000 in 1994.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 27 Brushwood Lane to Fernando and Olimpia Elias, both of Palm Coast, for $127,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,506 square feet of living area.

Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the home at 5 Buffalo Berry Place to Karl and Diana Cooper, of Palm Coast, for $91,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $206,200 in 2005.

Doris Hoffman, of Bradenton, sold the home at 21 Banton Lane to Kitty Hairfield, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,045 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Yuliya Akopova, of Ridgewood, N.Y., sold the home at 38 Rosepetal Lane to Wayne and Carol Wright, of Mars Hill, N.C., for $100,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,708 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,700 in 2005.

Edward and Maria Januska, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Ridley Lane to Aaron and Jamie Trudell, of Palm Coast, for $122,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,249 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,900 in 2006.

Ronald and Nancy Ford sold the home at 3 Louisiana Drive to James and Assunta Sickles, of Susquehanna, Pa., for $106,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,789 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,400 in 2004.

William and Carlene Reardon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 115 Forsythe Lane to Zane and Anna Rathbun, of Palm Coast, for $67,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,041 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 2006.

David and Colleen Pope, of Rutland, Mass., sold the home at 71 Forsythe Lane to Brandon and Ann Deyoung, of Weymouth, Mass., for $87,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,151 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $163,000 in 2006.

Michael and Bilge Wadman, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Flintstone Court to Thomas and Dilek Delvers, of Milford, N.J., for $140,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat house, a boat dock, a boat lift and 1,769 square feet of living area.

Francis Benner and Ilse Blackford, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Flarestone Court to Paul and Margrit Schellenbaum, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Richard Schreiner and Russell Schreiner, both of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Feling Lane to Michael and Candice Chilly, of Palm Coast, for $122,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,613 square feet of living area.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 105 Freemont Turn to Calogero and Maria Marullo, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,343 square feet of living area.

Patricia Hassid sold the home at 69 Fleetwood Drive to Antonio Cruz, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,402 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $142,900 in 2004.

SMT Properties LLC sold the home at 3 Flint Place to Lynda and Anna Maria Ray, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area.

Pine Lakes
David and Karen Watson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Vanderbilt Place to Philip and Louise Whitney, of Sutton, Mass., for $285,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,269 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,800 in 1996.

Mitchell Management Inc. sold the home at 22 Cedar Point Drive to John and Julia Brady, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,977 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2006.

Quail Hollow
Diana Figotina, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 2 Zorlou Court to Richard Goettsch, of Cary, N.C., for $119,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,318 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $281,800 in 2005.
