A home in Hammock Dunes tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Oct. 25 to Oct. 29. Lee Gray, of Plano, Texas, sold Unit 806 at 85 Ave. De La Mer to Alroc Real Estate Associates LLC for $840,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,430,000 in 2007.

FLAGLER BEACH

Mark Lee, of Bunnell, sold the home at 912 Central Ave. S. to Glenn and Christine Larson, of North Grafton, Mass., for $175,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,274 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $149,000 in 2001.

Hilda Barrett, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1208 Daytona Ave. S. to Robert and Karen O’Connell, of Catskill, N.Y., for $150,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,680 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST

Armand Beach

Peter and Rochelle Nelson, of Sioux Falls, S.D., sold the home at 3 Cottonwood Trail to Evelyn Sulenski, of Edison, N.J., for $500,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 3,399 square feet of living area.

Artesia

Richard and Railda Boettcher, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 46 Hernandez Ave. to Carl and Kathleen Gallo, of Miami, for $295,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, one bath, a boat house, a boat lift and 1,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $122,000 in 1996.

Canopy Walk

Jack and Sandra Shuff, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 1133 at 1100 Canopy Walk Lane to Stephen Jr. and Lauri Chlebus, of Jacksonville, for $118,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $244,100 in 2005.

Grand Haven

Yelena Vasilevskaya, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 Augusta Trail to Theresa Waters, of Sugar Hill, Ga., for $200,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,594 square feet of living area.

Marvin and Colleen Smith, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 52 Lagare St. to Cynthia Shirk and Jerald Greenwood, of Palm Coast, for $320,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,320 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach

Hammock Beach III LLC sold Unit 482H at 200 Oceancrest Drive to Carolyn Killen and Edmond Reed, both of Nashville, Tenn., for $500,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, threeand- a-half baths and 2,058 square feet of living area.

Harbor Village Marina

Norman and Kimberly Forister, of Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, sold the home at 134 Harbor Village Point to Larry and Margaret Jones, of Palm Coast, for $750,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, fi ve baths, a summer kitchen and 4,271 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods

Lesya Fihel sold the home at 5 Ramsey Place to George and Jacqueline Dos Santos, of Wappingers Falls, N.Y., for $118,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $229,600 in 2006.

Ocean Hammock

CRM Florida Properties LLC sold the home at 12 Cinnamon Beach Way to John Hughes and Cynthia Hughes, both of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,435 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor

Henry and Bozena Limburski, of Denver, sold the home at 49 Coral Reef Court N. to Natalie and Guyton Mundy, of Palm Coast, for $285,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,848 square feet of living area.

Lars and Eva Bogren, of Vasesteras, Sweden, sold the home at 18 Cris Lane to Victor Kolmykov and Lyudmila Kolmykova, and Larisa Kolmykova, all of River Edge, N.J., for $270,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and 1,885 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2001.

Olga Zuyeva, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 34 Fallwood Lane to Daniel and Deborah Frazer, of Palm Coast, for $126,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,125 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $266,300 in 2006.

Pine Grove

Fannie Mae sold the home at 26 Penn Manor Lane to Teresa Khoury, of Palm Coast, for $127,000. Built in 2006, it has fi ve bedrooms, three baths and 2,527 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2006.

Olga Vinisky, of Cedar Hurst, N.Y., sold the home at 92 Prince Eric Lane to Michael Battaglia, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,882 square feet of living area.

Robert and Sarah Knowlton, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Privacy Lane to William and JoAnn Carrigan, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,000 in 2004.

Pine Lakes

Sanford and June Perdue, of Brooksville, sold the home at 34 Westhampton Drive to Edwin Jakell, of Palm Coast, for $86,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 2003.

Andrew and Deborah Wolagiewicz sold the home at 62 Westrobin Lane to James and Rachel Wilken, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,513 square feet of living area.

Aleksander Shaposhnikov and Tatiana Bossak, of Staten Island, N.Y., sold the home at 8 Whispering Pine Drive to Alexander Noskov, of Morganville, N.J., for $140,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,652 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $272,500 in 2007.

Woodlands

Joseph Merrill, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 63 Blakemore Drive to Marion Taylor, of Palm Coast, for $58,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,274 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 2005.
