At the city of Palm Coast's third-annual Seafood Festival Nov. 3 and 4, Team Sandtastic will spend the weekend creating a 25-ton, massive sand sculpture with the centerpiece being the new 'Palm Coast & the Flagler Beaches' logo of the Flagler County Tourist Development Council, surrounded by sea creatures sculpted in sand.
