Sensei Dave Grabner, Master Instructor at Villari’s Martial Arts in Ormond Beach and Palm Coast, recently taught an interactive self-defense and awareness seminar to the local civil air patrol, an auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force.
The goal of the seminar was to provide the group with an understanding of spatial awareness and alertness, along with simple, effective technique to protect themselves should bodily harm come their way.
The CAP volunteer organization is tasked with three missions: Emergency Service, Aerospace Education, and Cadet Leadership Training, and open to members 12 years and older.
