Batteries Plus has opened a new location in Palm Coast.

Located at 110 Flagler Plaza Drive, the battery retailer opened the new location on Jan. 15. The store sells batteries for golf carts, cell phones, ATVs, boats, vehicles and more.

The national retailer also offers cell phone and tablet repair services and recycles all bulbs and batteries, including lithium-ion batteries, according to a press release from Batteries Plus. The Palm Coast franchise location is owned by Damaso Quezada, who also owns a Battery Plus in Jacksonville.

Quezada moved to America from the Dominican Republic at 14-years-old. He retired in 2017, but decided to join the franchise industry by purchasing his first Batteries Plus location, the press release said.

“Our local team will be there to help provide a memorable experience that is readily accessible to residents, local businesses, and more to meet their demand for a quick and efficient shopping experience, conveniently located in their neighborhood,” Quezada said.
