A house in Heritage Forest was the top real estate transaction for Jan. 29 to Feb. 4 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Ronald and Arlene Willis, of Ormond Beach, sold 153 Heritage Circle to Truman and Sherry Gailey, of Ormond Beach, for $1,400,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, pool, jacuzzi and 5,033 square feet. Following are some other transactions for the week.
