Intracoastal Bank announces management changes

Intracoastal Bank has announced two senior leadership changes.

Rick Wells will now serve as commercial real estate manager. In his new role, he will have responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the commercial real estate lending activities for the bank. He has been chief lending officer for the last 11 years.

“Rick Wells has done an exceptional job overseeing the bank’s lending efforts.," Intracoastal Bank President Ryan Page said. "Under his leadership the bank’s loan portfolio has quadrupled in size and has had no material credit issues. As a result of Wells’ efforts the bank’s lending performance compares favorably to peers in most metrics and in overall performance.”

Additionally, Mark Wisniewski is the new chief lending officer. Prior to joining Intracoastal Bank, Wisniewski was a North Florida commercial market leader for PNC Bank. During his more than 35 years in banking, he served in various capacities in business, commercial and corporate banking with regional and national financial organizations.
