Have an interest in the affordable housing needs in Flagler County, and want to help define the top priorities? Attend the Community-Wide Housing Forum from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, April 21, hosted by the Flagler County Housing Services Division and held at the Flagler County Association of Realtors.

Elected Officials, staff from the cities of Bunnell, Flagler Beach, and Palm Coast, as well as Flagler County staff and Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Chair Nealon Joseph will provide local information. Florida Housing Coalition CEO Ashon Nesbitt will present the new “Live Local Act,” signed on March 29 by Gov. Ron DeSantis.

“Affordable Housing is a big topic in our community,” said Flagler County Housing Program Manager Devrie Paradowski. “There will be roundtable discussions to review the provisions of the Live Local Act and to identify what the top two or three priorities are in housing going forward.”

The Flagler County Association of Realtors is located at 4101 E. Moody Boulevard, Bunnell. Pre-registration is required, as lunch will be served. Participants can register at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/community-housing-forum-tickets-602797332047.
