Judge revokes pro-wrestler's bond for charges related to fatal crash on U.S. 1

Tamara Lynn Sytch will remain in jail until her trial.

A former pro-wrestler who caused a fatal three-car crash on U.S. 1 in March has had her bond revoked and will remain in jail until her trial, the State Attorney's Office announced on Friday, May 13.

Tamara Lynn Sytch, a WWE Hall of Famer, was arrested on May 6, after toxicology results showed she was drunk driving at the time of the March 25 crash, which killed Julian Lafrancis Lasseter, of Daytona Beach Shores. The 49-year-old was released on a $227,500 bond shortly after her arrest last week. 

The State Attorney's Office for the 7th Judicial Circuit stated in a press release that Judge Karen Foxman revoked Sytch's bond after a hearing held on Friday, May 13. 

"We sincerely hope this ruling gives some peace to the victim’s family and friends who are grieving," the press release states.

Sytch is facing eight DUI-related charges: one count of DUI causing death, four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property. She was also charged with one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver's license,
